CNC data
For automated Fabrication Shops, we provide CNC data to a wide range of post processors compatible with most
CNC machines including Peddinghaus, Vernet, Messer Griesheim, Kaltenbach, etc. We can also provide dxf/dwg files
with attributes for older plate cutting nc machines.
Software
All of our detailing is done using the number one software package for 3-D steel detailing, Tekla structure. In order to maintain
efficient project co-ordination, we are using Prolog, the world leading software by
Meridian.
Design & Analysis Interface
We provide easy transfer interface with design analysis software such as staad, dstv, monorail, s-frame, cis (cimsteel), Micas Plus,
Stan 3-D through Fem, Cis imports. As well, Tekla Structures works well with traditional ASCII & dwg ,dxf imports. 3-D Models created
by design software can be easily transferred to our models in order to save modeling time & increase input accuracy. We can use data from
architectural software, such as ArchiCAD, Allplan, Bentley Architecture, and ADT through Ifc BuildingElement class and sub-classes. And for
archicad we can use XML interface. Also after connection our models can be easily transferred to 3-D modeling plant design software e.g.
Intergraph/pds/pdms/modeldarft through pml/sdnf links.
Implementation
Our services includes, Project concept detailing and Erection execution detailing. We specialize in various aspects of detailing projects
from intricate geometry structures (which require not only software power but also a true understanding of 3-D planes & Structural Steel detailing).
We are an industry leader in detailing and in the co-ordination of large industrial and commercial projects. We also have experience working directly
with project design teams to expedite the RFI and steel design process, which in turn has an effect on the overall project. This ensures greater
accuracy and completeness of structural steel at the site.
Drawings
Our detailing services include the providing of Anchor bolt layouts with templates, 3-D general arrangement drawings, assembly drawings with a bill of
materials, fitting sheets, and member shop preparation details. We also provided advance bill of materials with ABM marks, which can be linked to the
fabrication assembly drawings. Advance bill of material are provided in either word (.doc,) excel (.Xls) or fabtrol format (.kiss).
